A tutorial and a workshop within ISMIR 2022

Within the framework of ISMIR 2022, a CompMusic-related 3-hour tutorial and a full-week workshop will happen.

• The "Tutorial on Computational Methods for Supporting Corpus-Based Research on Indian Art Music" will happen on the first day of ISMIR 2022 in Bengaluru, India. Here is the webbook for the tutorial and here the main coding resource: compIAM. This tutorial is meant to stay as a starting point for researchers that aim at focusing on the computational analysis of Carnatic and Hindustani Music.
• The "CompMusic workshop 2022: Introduction to Computational Musicology, a Carnatic Music perspective" will happen the week after ISMIR 2022, from the 12th to the 16th of December, at IIT Madras, Chennai, India.
